Veal Share - Half

Rose veal means the calf is about six months of age, so not only fed milk but also eating pastures. The meat will be very tender and pinkish - not as white as milk veal. Live rose veal calves typically weight 100-120kg. 

A half carcass is approximately 31kg of veal including at least the following:

• 6.2kg of gourmet cuts (Delmonico, Ribeye chops, T-bone steaks, Eye Fillet and Porterhouse);

• 3.3kg of veal Schnitzels;

• 900g of veal Rump steak;

• 2.2kg of Osso Buco;

• 5kg of Burgers;

• 3.5kg of mince;

• 7.5kg of sausages;

• 2kg of diced veal.

This product is set to be produced "on demand" which means we may wait for orders to come in before we process, which might take a couple of weeks before your product is ready for delivery.
