Veal Share - Quarter
Rose veal means the calf is about six months of age, so not only fed milk but also eating pastures. The meat will be very tender and pinkish - not as white as milk veal.
Calves typically weight 110-120kg, which makes a total of about 75kg of meat.
An quarter is approximately 14.8kg of veal including at least the following:
2.6kg of gourmet cuts (Ribeye chops, T-bone steak, Eye Fillet or Porterhouse);
1.65kg of veal Schnitzels;
450g of veal Rump steak;
750g of Osso Buco;
2.1kg of burgers;
1.5kg of mince;
3.7kg of sausages;
1kg of diced veal.
This product is set to be produced "on demand" which means we may wait for orders to come in before we process, which might take a couple of weeks before your product is ready for delivery.
