Veal Share

Quarter of half carcass of rose veal from six month old calf.  Calves typically weight 80-100kg.  Package includes veal chops, steaks - schnitzel, scallopine, scotch fillet, osso buco, mince, sausages, bones.  

This product is set to be produced "on demand" which means we wait for orders to come in before we process, which might take a couple of weeks before your product is ready for delivery.
