Half a carcass makes approximately 84kg of beef including the following:
4.2kg of gourmet cuts (Scotch Fillet and Eye Fillet steaks);
7kg of premium cuts (Hanger, Porterhouse);
10.5kg of grilling steaks (Brisket Point End, Denver, Flank steak, Flatiron, Rump or Thick Skirt);
8.6kg of roast;
10.1kg of stew meat;
13kg of hamburgers;
30kg of mince (min 8.5kg) and sausages (min 20.5kg);
4kg soup bones.
All steaks are packed in 2 to 3-piece vacuum-sealed packages.
This product is set to be produced "on demand" which means we wait for orders to come in before we process, which may take 2-3 weeks before your product is ready for delivery.
