An eighth is approximately 21kg of beef including the following:
1.1kg of gourmet cuts (Scotch Fillet and Eye Fillet steaks);
1.8kg of premium cuts (Hanger, Porterhouse);
2.9kg of grilling steaks (Brisket Point End, Denver, Flank steak, Flatiron, Rump or Thick Skirt);
1.4kg of roast;
1.8kg of stew meat;
2.1kg of hamburgers;
7.5kg of mince (min 2kg) and sausages (min 5kg);
1kg soup bones.
All steaks are packed in 2 or 3-piece vacuum-sealed bags.
This product is set to be produced "on demand" which means we wait for orders to come in before we process, which may take 2-3 weeks before your product is ready for delivery.
