A quarter is approximately 42kg of beef including the following, approximately:
2.1kg of gourmet cuts (Scotch Fillet and Eye Fillet steaks);
3.5kg of premium cuts (Hanger, Porterhouse);
5kg of grilling steaks (Brisket Point End, Denver, Flank steak, Flatiron, Rump or Thick Skirt);
4.3kg of roast;
4.6kg of stew meat;
4.2kg of hamburgers;
15.3kg of mince (min 4kg+) and sausages (min 10kg+);
2kg soup bones.
All steaks are packed in 2 or 3-piece vacuum-sealed bags.
This product is set to be produced "on demand" which means we wait for orders to come in before we process, which may take 2-3 weeks before your product is ready for delivery.
