Beef Share

A quarter is approximately 25kg of beef including the following, approximately: 2 eye fillet steaks, 3 scotch fillet steaks, 3 porterhouse steaks, 4 rump steaks, 1 brisket roast, 1 topside roast, 1 blade roast, 2 packs short ribs, 3kg diced beef, 1kg osso buco, .5kg skirt steak, 5kg mince, 4kg sausages, 5kg soup bones.  For half a beef, the quantities will approximately double.

This product is set to be produced "on demand" which means we wait for orders to come in before we process, which might take a couple of weeks before your product is ready for delivery.
